Interview
The interviewer started off by describing aspects of the company. He asked me which of the following I would be most interested in. Then proceeded to ask me questions about various past work experiences in which I did something outstanding, or went above and beyond what was asked etc. I would advice thinking over your past experiences to have some good memories already in mind when you go in. Lastly, I took a skills test regarding my C coding experience.

When did you ever go above and beyond what was originally asked of you during a previous job?
They care about your skills, rather than your background. They have a template which they provide and you got to fill that, everyone is provided a unique number. You are instructed not to disclose any of your personal details in the due course of your interview.
The interview process was two rounds. The first round was a behavioral interview. Straightforward questions, like tell me about the most technically challenging project you have worked on. The second round was a system design interview.
