Cisco Manager interview questions

First round went well . I was waiting for the 2nd interview .They ghosted me even after sending repeated reminder mails . HR did not come back as well. Did not expect this to happen

I applied for the role in June and they didn't contact me until Mid-August. We set up the call with the recruiter who asked me only two questions, nothing about my experience, and sent me a questionnaire in a "word document" that seemed to be the questions he was supposed to ask me and didn't want to bother asking. I answered the questionnaire and it took them almost 3 weeks to get back to me (after I followed up), with an automatic message that I was not moving forward with the process. I really don't know how they were able to evaluate anything without talking to me about my background and experience. And I don't know if they need a recruiter if the only thing they are going to do is ask me to fill out their work for them.
