Cisco came to my college for campus recruitment process for the profile of network engineer under Technical Services department. 4 rounds of interview
first two rounds were a mix of technical, behavioral and managerial questions, 3rd round was purely HR and the fourth round was just concerning details about whether willing to work in shift and to relocate.

About TCP, Ethernet,Different types of Switches
Technical questions concerning projects mentioned in resume
general included- to provide a layout/design for a hospital's working, to find the count of word 'data' from a file with multiple pages like a book and all occurences of word whether in uppercase or otherwise have to be considered
HR question included- One thing that you really like and in detail discussion about that
A puzzle- to find the 3 fastest horses from among 25, given only 5 can race at once because only 5 tracks.

Advanced Services: Usually you have a screening with the recruiter. then between 2-4 technical interviews and final interview with the hiring manager. After that there you receive an offer letter , i recommend you to try to negotiate

I got hired by advanced services specific for UCS: So the questions at the time were related to vmware , linux , generic server questions and generic networking questions

4 rounds of interviews and easy aptitude test conducted covering quant questions.
first two technical rounds ,next was the managerial round(HR plus technical that is techno-HR).Last round was hr round.
questions were basically asked on networking, data structures, few questions to code etc.
