I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Citi (Jacksonville, FL) in Oct 2016
Interview
I applied through a recruiter who contacted me via email and sent the link to the application. after submitting the application i was emailed to schedule a time for a phone screen. The phone screen took place the following day. After the phone screen the recruiter said she would fwd the info to the hiring manager and i would be emailed if i was chosen to do the in person interview. The following week i got the email to schedule the interview and i scheduled it for the following week. After the interview which went great i was advised that if i was selected i would be contacted by phone and if not by email. i waited what seemed to be the longest 2 weeks ever before i got the call offering me the position. I accepted and went in the next day for my fingerprint drug screen and badging. I started the following monday. Seems like i almost missed the deadline with how close to the start date i was contacted but the process def took about a month so hopefully you have a pt job or something to hold u over till u start.
the recruiter quoted me a starting pay that was lower than what i was offered too, so keep an open mind when discussing pay...u also get incentive based on ur department req.
