online application; phone interview - competency based. standard numerical tests at start with accompanying CV and cover letter. No different to any other internship application. Phone interviews are outsourced to a HR company and are fairly difficult and specific.

Sending in email directly to HR I met in career fair. The interview was scheduled a few weeks after that and initially was an informal phone call from HR if I would still be interested in joining internship program. The interview took only around 45 mins. Mostly behavioral question since I applied for marketing department (more specifically credit card department)
