Resume was forwarded to the employing manager via the employee who recommended the position. Interview was done with the team leader and the hiring manager. There is a need to understand the job description and tailor the resume accordingly. Never mention about the package until offer is on the table.

Interview
Interview was conducted by 3 senior management team. Interview varied from personal to work related topics. Once completed, one senior manager called to inform that i got the position and will be emailing all documents for processing
