I applied online and took their assessment tests within a week. I didn't hear back until two months later, but when I did hear back it was great news. Next step was a phone interview that was fairly straightforward and the interviewer was to-the-point - asked me mostly behavioral/competency based questions. I heard back after 2-3 weeks, invited me to their assessment center. That was the best day of my life! Such friendly and amazing people - 1 case study, presentation of the case study, 2 interviews, 1 group exercise. The day went by smoothly and very well organized. After 5 weeks, offered me an internship.
