I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Citi (Jamshedpur) in Feb 2012
Interview
Interview was for 20-25 minutes. It was a general interview to test the candidate's aptitude and suitability for the job rather than to test the candidate's core knowledge. As it was a campus placement interview, I guess our grades were enough to show our knowledge.
The interview was not exactly a stress interview but at the same time, it was also not too friendly. They might have tested our ability to face stress by those questions
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
It was a general interview only. Questions were more on the lines of why Citibank, what made you apply for the job etc. There were also some hypothetical situations/case study based questions to test the candidate's temperament
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Citi
Interview
1 HR interview, 2 article readings and group panel, and last round is with hiring manager.
HR and Hiring Manager are basic behavioral questions
Group panel needs critical thinking and prior research on the group from the Citi page.

Question 1
Tell me about a time you've handled data and what did you use this
First round interview was a 30 minute phone call with the questions you would expect. Tell me about yourself/ behavioral questions. Also should have some talking points on the industry.
5 to 6 people in a group interview - case study and business awareness. Have sufficient time to study the material. Last for 3 hours in Total. 2 interviewee would ask follow up questions. Quite causal.
