Interview was a short 15 minute call. Asked to tell about myself, university course and modules. Interview concluded with me being offered a position on the spring intern program which was due to commence a couple of weeks later
casual vibe, friendly and chatty interviewer, tell me about yourself/walk me through your cv, casual questions on your competencies, past experience and skills and how these relate to the position/team, then ask interviewer questions
Black Heritage Spring Insight Interview: consisted of very generic competency questions (tell me about a time you worked in a team, why Citi, why finance etc). The technical interview similarly was not very technical and was largely based on commercial awareness or repeats of the competency interview.
