Interview
The interview process is very laid-back. First, they ask about your projects and some behavioral questions to get to know you better. Then, there's a group interview with other applicants, where they observe how you interact, communicate, and collaborate within a team setting.

Ask about projects, situation questions like how to resolve conflict, meeting deadlines, and then a case study with multiple people also applicants and they will observe you how you interact within a team
Structured. It consist of 3 rounds in total. HR will host the interview. First round of Case Study, then Technical with the team leads of the team. After that, will be Q&A session. Lastly with the head of the department.
I had a behavioral with a current analyst, then a Superday with 3 members of the division. During the Superday, I was also assigned a case study to be conducted and presented live to the Superday interviewers.
