Citi Sales interview questions

Meeting on campus (no questions - just advertising of Citi). Then: assessment centre in the office - group case, individual case, interviews. 5 or more - that was for the intern position in Moscow. Several questions on macroeconomics - inflation, gdp, rates, oil prices etc. Lot's of behavioral - why Citi, why Sales, tell me about different situations from your experience like stressful, dealing with demanding client etc.

The first round was with my would be manager. The Interview was preety decent. After that it took another 20 days to schedule the 2nd round with the regional mgr. This round it seemded was a discussion about friendship love and s$@. ( Wanted to see how open i am- i never understood till date what that has to do with banking). I cleared both rounds. Next was the HR round which took another 20 days and another 20 for the salary negotiation. never expected the process to be so long.
