Citi Summer Analyst interview questions

Standard three-stage process: application, phone screen, superday. Primarily behavioral questions—not particularly difficult. Interviewers were professional but formulaic, mechanically working through scripted questions rather than engaging in genuine conversation about candidates.

First Round Interview followed by a Superday 2-4 weeks later. Superday was 3 back to back interviews. From application to offer was about 3 months. Superday was with an Associate, VP, and Director.
