The initial interview is with the recruiter where they will give an overview of the company and the positions and ask about your career goals and salary expectations. They will also explain the selection process.
The second step is the technical assessment, which contains 8 advanced Excel questions and 2 SQL questions. You have 50 minutes to complete the test, which is pretty difficult.
The third interview is with the Team Leaders in the Operations team, one of whom will likely be your Team Leader on the job. This interview is all about your experience, behavioral questions and technical questions as well. It's a long interview that goes into all the details. They will make you go through the assessment you've completed in the previous step and explain your reasoning in answering the questions.
Finally, you will have an interview with HR where they will explain the final details related to salary, job conditions and offer.
