2 Technical rounds happened on Starting of February, no calls still, Technical Panel said 2 technical rounds got cleared, but HR was saying waiting for Client update, 2 days before received an email saying your resume do not match us...such a cheat,..without Resume match how can they have 2 technical rounds
First there will be a screening round ,most probably a telephonic or video call followed by a Managerial round
Lastly a client round where you will be asked about your day to day contribution in project
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Cognizant (Winston-Salem, NC)

Screening from a cognizant employee via a phone/teams call, sometime involving a scenario based coding question or a tell me a time when kind of questions, then a client round interview.
