Interview
It was in person with the team leaders and lasted about 30 minutes. They were very nice and 24 hours after that I got a phone call from the HR for another phone interview with the some repeated questions and it lasted about ten minutes. The day after I got the offer.

- Tell me a bad feedback you received from your last boss, and how you did you handle it?
- What do you know about Cognizant and the role you are applying for?
- Why would you like to work in Cognizant?
- What would your previous colleagues and boss say about you, how will they describe you?
- How do you deal with repetitive tasks? What would you do to break the monotony?
- What would you do if you are working and your computer stops working?
The interview went smooth and with guidance of the interview process and steps it was a good experience overall and the HR's are very ggod in structuring the walk-in and however it went for all day completing the final round

Nice. Simple Amcat Test and an interview . It was so easy to attend. And the process is so fast that with in a week it was completed and I am hired in the job which is working from home.
