Campus hiring. There was an aptitude test followed by and interview. The interview was general HR related questions. If one could speak decent English , he was hired.

Why cognizant? A few questions on my areas of interest which I had stated are microprocessors.
Smooth interview process as well as it was very interesting with ample feedback at the end. I enjoyed the conversation a lot and coverted the interview and accepted the offer.
