Telephonic interview, followed by two rounds of face to face technical and HR round discussion. To the point questions led straight into the evaluation points, time saving and effective. Thorough communication on next steps on the overall process led to more confidence in the interview process with comforting assurance from the Interviewer.
Technical Round - mostly scenario based questions, gave multiple scenarios and asked to solve, few theoretical questions. Managerial round Questions were more about previous experience and was simple and easy.
