Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Technical question based on SAP HR security on how to restrict users in different organizational structure.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Cognizant (Nueva Delhi) in Sep 2021
Interview
I had a interview scheduled for sr. associate yesterday . I was in a meeting 10 minutes before scheduled time as it was mentioned in the instructions. I waited for 2 hours. But panel did not show courtesy to join the meeting or atleast tell it has been cancelled. I sent mails to the hr as well. But no response. Before interview I had got multiple calls from hr saying that test link has been sent on my mail, then she called again for confirmation have I actually received it or not, then again for asking whether I given a test, then for at what time I have given a test, then to say that I am shortlisted in an interview, then to be there for interview on time. It was really irritating. But she as well didn't show up at the time when panel did not appear for interview.
At least have a courtesy to tell the candidate that interview will not happen. So that nobody will waste their precious time on weekend for such organization.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Cognizant (Asperg) in Sep 2021
Interview
Very structured process
Telephonic Intro: It started with a telephonic introduction with the HR, who provided me details about how the interview process will look like in the coming days. The whole process will take a maximum of two weeks time.
Second round: Technical round, wherein the key focus is to understand where do you fit in their team structure. The interview generally happens with a manager who will supposedly be your work manager once you’re hired.
Third Round: Managerial round, comprised of the interview with the Practise lead. Here the focus is to go through company profile, what the culture is about. This round will comprise of many case based questions and your perspective jn problem solving techniques.
HR round: If all goes well and you reach here, so a big congratulations because you have successfully cleared all the rounds.HR will be discussing your salary expectation - meaning what you expected and what they can offer. This is the prefect time to negotiate if you feel you’re underpaid. You may be able to cross question also about performance cycles, performance bonus etc.
The offer letter is expected to reach you within a weeks time.
