Cognizant Sr. Associate interview questions

**** Please read this before going further with cognizant*************** Interview process includes 2 round of technical and Managerial HR round. I have cleared all the rounds of interview and got selected in cognizant. But, Here I want to give my worst experience with cognizant. Before taking interview they agreed with my compensation expectation then after clearing all the interviews along with HR till there they were agreed to my salary expectation. But they did not shared the offer letter with me after HR interview. I was continually taking follow up with them for my offer letter release more than 4 weeks but they were keep saying we haven't received approval on your salary compensation part which they were already agreed upon but I was bit surprise why they are taking approvals for compensation because HR was already agreed on that. So, I thought it could be some internal approvals so I should wait for it. Then after couple of days taking so much follow ups I got their feedback saying we could not offer you what you expected. We can offer you just 20% not more than that and this was very shocking for me if they could not offer me more than 20% then they should have told me before proceeding further with the interview process. This was completely wasted my time on this such a worst process and basically they are not keeping end to end transparency in the interview process. And one worst thing related to cognizant which is their HRs are not trustworthy. I would like to request you all be clear with HR before proceeding with interview process. They are not trustworthy. I would suggest you to go for other companies who are really care about employee.

Well established Interview process. In my case there were 2 rounds of technical + HR. The technical interview R1 was a very detailed discussion which lasted about an hour. R2 was in-person with a manager and it was interactive.
