I applied in-person. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Cognizant (Hyderabad) in Apr 2018
Interview
I have 5 years of experience in Java. Senior personnel interviewed me. He will be around 40. He is the worst interviewer I have ever met. I got irritated totally at his attitude. Asked all theoretical questions. Told him Spring 4 MVC flow and I thought he understood. But he asked me to explain using annotations. Actually I did explain him using annotations. He was looking at the manager desk beside him when I was answering him. He does not have patience. When I was answering a question he does not allow me to finish and goes for another question. He asked me java 1.5 features when we currently are using 1.8. For a question on Filter, he told me he can control request from going to filter even though we have a filter in web. Xml. I argued we can't do that unless we remove filter or may be we need to change url-pattern. He disagreed and when I asked him how do we that, he can't answer it. It's not about my technical skills, but I am disappointed with his 'high' attitude. I feel I have wasted 3 hours of my time.

I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Cognizant (Chennai) in Mar 2018
Interview
The interview process includes a technical discussion for around an hour and an HR discussion about designation and salary package. It has been close to two months and I didn't get any response from Talent Aquisition team regarding my offer. also, I've got frequent calls again to take up the interview but it of no use when they are not gonna release the offer or any feedback
Depends on projects. Here in my case I had interviewed at client BNP. But not sure about the facilitis. Not sure about the policies for BNP will it be applicable to my case.
