if you get selected by client its good. This is how it works onsite. in india I got recruited through campus placements. It was difficult exam but they were flexible.

First interviewed by the Cognizant project manager then had a technical interview followed by client interview. The interview process was very smooth and easy. They also sponsor the Visa for the right candidates. The client asked to explain about the projects and it was pretty simple and I got the offer
