Cognizant Process Executive interview questions

Approached by a recruiter on Linkedin and accepted the invitation for the position. Before the interview, the candidates were given a test for comprehension skills, critical thinking and email writing. Once the candidate passed the test then the HR will schedule an online interview with the team lead. The team lead ask me to introduce myself and my working experience if any and then he show me some short articles to read and to reiterate those articles in my own word. Got informed I passed the interview a few hours after the interview. The whole process took a week and a half.
