Initially when HR called for a phone screening, they told me they will set up an interview followed by an assessment right after. On the actual day, they surprised me with having the assessment first and only if I pass they will proceed with the interview. I took the assessment and I didn't pass the test. Eventually, they called off the interview. I had asked them about the passing mark, the feedback and my results but their only reply was they should not disclose. But, they asked me about my experience for the assessment. It was very distressing having to prepare for the interview and and to go vain as they are more concerned on the assessment rather than hearing from the candidate itself about capabilities. At least, the assessment could have been held after the interview.
