Interview

Round 1 was the aptitude exam. Got the results two days after it. Round 2 was the technical round. They asked questions from resume and under graduation. Round 3 was an HR interview which just checked the soft skills. Followed y that I got my offer in a week. Asked to complete tons and tons of e learning courses before joining them

Aptitude test (No quants were there,only Reasoning and verbal sections) Technical interview(15 mins).Technical questions or the technical round depends totally on the interviewer.It might be little easy or might me tough. After clearing technical then HR round ( 10-15) mins

very easy and more about co-curricular activities than field knowledge.they ask simple programming questions if you say,you know only basics and if are from non-CS/IT background.they will give stress on your communication and your hobbies.And questions like- why do you want to join cognizant?
