Cognizant Programmer Analyst Trainee interview questions

First the written test (organized with Aspiring Minds), followed by Technical Interview, and than HR Round. If you can get written clear, further rounds are mere formality (given that you don't ruin it yourself; or show bad attitude)

There were three rounds: 1. Aptitude test 2. Technical Round 3. HR round ... It was an on-campus interview and we had to wait for a long time ....as the interviews were taking place on 1:1 basis. The people who were taking our interview were quite friendly and easy-going. The recruiters were not very old... and were looking for the spark in a candidate , as they knew we would all be trained eventually after joining. Those of us who were able to show a bit of enthusiasm and knowledge were selected. It was my first job interview and i am glad i was successful in getting a job.
