Cognizant Programmer Analyst Trainee interview questions

There were 3 Rounds. 1. Written Round.(It contains aptitude/Reasoning questions conducted by AMCAT. It is an easy test.) 2.Technical Round(It was mainly related to computer languages and aptitude also. ) 3.HR (Like usual. They will ask about yourself, describe yourself)

The first stage is aptitude round. It's different from other in business and quite challenging. Later direct interviews are conducted. Interview was of two rounds. Technical and HR. Once you clear technical interview then and then only you get for HR interview, which roughly focuses on personality analysis.
