Cognizant Programmmer analyst interview questions

My interview process consisted of three distinct stages: an IQ test to assess cognitive abilities and problem-solving skills, a technical round focused on evaluating my domain knowledge and practical expertise, and finally, an HR round that explored my communication skills, personality traits, and alignment with the company's culture and values.

Very good experience with the interview round..the questions were more on the technical part.very little focus on personal achievements.. overall a good interview round. Recommend to apply for CTS. The HR round negotiable was a bit stretched
