Cognizant Programmmer analyst interview questions

Excellent process. The process is designed to check candidates fit, behavioral and analytical capability. Talked to colleagues or friends to know more about the culture. The interviewer were friendly and it is okay to ask them questions if you are not clear about certain terms.

Very nice and structures process. Telephonic interview first round was okay. Then in person interview took nearly 3 hours with different set of people from the project team. All of the questions asked were around my resume and experience. Few programming questions related to core Java.
