Cognizant Programmmer analyst interview questions

being on campus was easy to get in and interview was straight forward. simple questions and quick 15 min interview. the interviewer wasn't very impressive. it was my 1st job interview and a simple one to crack. Work culture sucks big time. Lots of politics. You need to have a good impression with managers otherwise u r nowhere.

Actually i was referred by a relative who is working in CTS got a call immediately in 3days..Most of the questions were non-technical and technical questions were fairly easy..The guy who interviewed me seems to be a non-technical(may be HR)..he asked mostly about c++ features.. Fews questions what is encapsulation Data hiding and abstraction..
