Cognizant Senior Java Developer interview questions

interview process was very smooth and good. All they ask based on the our experience and what we have written in our resume. It for the interview process hardly it will take 7-10n days but for offer letter for me it took more 20 days .

Hr called saying -- "direct offer after one interview" Interview - What is interface ? - Answered - Its highest level of abstraction, he did not understood, explained in a crude way. How to define properties in class using spring ? - Answered - using @PropertySource annotation Have you worked on thread ? - Answered - Yes Different ways to define threads ? - Answered - By using thread class or runnable interface Do you have any questions ? - Answered - Yes, can you elaborate more about roles and responsibilities Interviewer's response - "Its Java developer" HR again called after one week saying I did not clear interview. I said the interviewer was incompetent, he said we do have opportunity in another project, are you interested ? Please do have proper people taking interviews and not to waste time by "direct offer after one interview".
