Cognizant Senior Manager interview questions

First round with Talent Team member and then peer interview and Director and Sr Leader. The Talent focal person was knowledgeable about the role and ensured swift feedback after each round. The interview questions were both technical and behavioural. The team gave an honest insight to the role and the company.
