Cognizant Software Engineer Associate interview questions

There was single technical interview round. The focus was mainly on projects and on programming languages. There were some questions on database management. The interviewers main focus was on internet of things project.

I applied on campus here. There were 5 rounds. First round was an online test having aptitude and 2 coding questions. Ones who has done a single question is selected for further process. Second round was a coding round. There was 4 coding questions needs to be solved in 1 hour and 15 minutes. Third round was technical interview round. Initially they asked me about my projects. I explained to them for about half an hour. They were quite impressed with it. They also asked me some sql queries and also some programming terms. Fourth round was also a technical round. They asked my strong language (JAVA) and asked questions related to it. They also asked me some hard sql queries which I couldn't answer. Also they asked me some puzzles. Fifth round was HR round where they asked me about my personal information. Also they asked me if I want to work in a specific city. Always say no, else they will not allot you the projects if they have on different locations. Also they asked if I can work on some Saturdays (if needed), I said yes. They selected me.
