Live code screening was the first step in the process. I passed it but I think it's too difficult of a question to ask for a live code session. He offered to hang up so we could not do it live but it's still timed. After this he said there was a 4 hour take home. He said after that there would be yet another 1 hour interview with an engineer. I asked him could I do the shorter interview first so I don't waste 4 hours only to be rejected later. He said no so I decided not to move forward.

create a function that handles 3 parallel calls with other restraints.
I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Collage.com in Sep 2020
Interview
Found the job posting on an online board and applied. Hear back from their recruitment team fairly quickly, within a couple of days, and setup an initial phone call. The call was mostly typical, 30 minute recruiter call. The odd thing about it was they barely asked any background technical questions. They didn't seem to be interested in my past experience, what technologies I have used, and what I could bring to their team. They mostly talked about themselves and what they were doing.
At the end of the phone screen I was told I would receive an email with a link to take a 1-hour online coding test. Later that day I was told they would not be moving forward in the process.
