Easy and convenient. It was done over a video interview. I was able to log in at my earliest convenience and take my time answering all of the questions. During the interview, it told me a little bit more about the job I was interviewing for before I even started. After that, I received an email saying they received my interview and I will hear back shortly. I heard back within a few days via email communicating the next steps of the hiring process. A few days after that, I received an email offering me a position.

It was okay. Got a phone call then got invited to do an English language assessment then an interview . It was easy. You get the usual questions in any customer service interview
