over the phone the asked you questions about your back groung . they also wanted to know your schedule so they could tell when you would be avaliable.they phone call doesnt really last long

Going through resume and knowledge check about windows and adobe. Show know how to pitch in sales. Should know the technical parts of windows and Mac in order to clear the ops round
It was okay. Got a phone call then got invited to do an English language assessment then an interview . It was easy. You get the usual questions in any customer service interview
