The interview was very smooth you just need to be ready and confident with your answer. They’re just asking about your educational attainment, work experience, your travel time and if you’re ok with shifting schedule and to work on weekends and holidays

Going through resume and knowledge check about windows and adobe. Show know how to pitch in sales. Should know the technical parts of windows and Mac in order to clear the ops round
It was okay. Got a phone call then got invited to do an English language assessment then an interview . It was easy. You get the usual questions in any customer service interview
