Interview
The interview process was done within one day, there was an open house hiring process so there were dozens of people. The first round was talking to an HR representative about the job position, then a technical and typing test and then the last round was talking in the required language for the job position
Was easy, the acquisition teams will guide you through everything. You need to be there early, so that you can be done earlier, and if you fail your final interview you can be interviewed again for a different acount

Going through resume and knowledge check about windows and adobe. Show know how to pitch in sales. Should know the technical parts of windows and Mac in order to clear the ops round
It was okay. Got a phone call then got invited to do an English language assessment then an interview . It was easy. You get the usual questions in any customer service interview
