Interview
The interview process is composed of Assessment, (SVAR) initial interview, and a final interview.
The SVAR test is an automated English language assessment tool that evaluates a candidate's speaking, listening, writing, and comprehension skills.
Initial Interview: It is more on profiling, all about your resume, previous work if any account of choice that is availble.
Final interview: depends the account you've been endorsed to, they asked simple question , tell me about yourself, your experiences. STAR interview question type, you will share screen to test your computer skills and do mock call.

Foi realizado online, com perguntas sobre sua disponibilidade, horário e sobre sua experiência profissional.
A entrevista foi bem dinâmica e rápida.
Te deixam bem a vontade e te tratam com acolhimento e respeito.
Very simple and straightforward. They were relaxed and easy to speak with. Had a fun time with guessing an item which was a kitchen appliance, this served as a base to a successful interview.

They asked if I had experience with troubleshooting different types of technical issues.
It was a very easy process with some tests for Typing speeds and internet availability. It was then followed by an AI interview process where we would video our responses.
