There are a total of 4 stages. The first 2 are conference calls, each about an hour to an hour and a half long. My first conference call had 155 people on it. the second had 27. the conference calls are giving you information about the position and the company. Pretty much used to weed out people who are not serious about the job, or just are not a good fit. Than came the first real 1 on 1 interview. It was over the phone. Lasted about 15 mins. The last interview was done on video. it was a 1 on 1 with the hiring manager. Again it lasted about 15 mins. for the 2 interviews you must be in your home office with a closed door. it has to be quiet. if your work space is not quiet, you wont get the job.
