This job was for a java developer. It was a campus recruitment process, took whole 1 day to finish. 280 students got shortlisted for 1st round. Then 2nd round they selected a bunch of the lot ~120( dont know the exact number) . Nearly 80 students were there for the MR and furthermore 40 were there after the HR round.
Afterwards, we were asked to wait for 40 mins or so. and the final list had 26 names.

Question 1
There were 4 rounds in this whole interview process consisting of :
1. Aptitude test ( consisted of 2 sections: (i) logical reasoning and analytical & (ii) java related output based questions )
2. Technical Round (complete project based interview, moving from projects to the basic oops concepts and all the java related stuff (core + advanced) -- ps: no frameworks)
3. Managerial Round (cum technical round, i was asked about my project, to write the specific code of jdbc connectivity and how to fetch the records from a database and all that, few very easy puzzles, chocolate wrapper one and the one with 3 bulbs and 3 switches one)
4. HR round(very few of the selected students who had prior experience had this round)
