Interview
It was a mass hiring. The interviewer (hiring manager) was kind as is expected. The availability and how soon you could start seemed to be the goal of the interview.

Question 1
Name a time when you had to deescalate a disgruntled customer.
Over the phone and very easy. I had 2 interviews and each one was a breeze. They go over the job and the what it entailed mostly. They were very kind as well.

Interview
Very fast and easy training was fast but if you’re smart you’ll be fine. Didn’t take me long to catch on and calls aren’t that bad to me and I did the Kentucky Derby call center project.
