Interview
The F2F interview for C++ is pretty much same as as TCON as the set of questions are same . The workplace looks good but the interview clearing criteria is salary i felt . My inteview was good and afetr the interview the panel told that they want to take a managerial round but as he was busy i was told to leave for the Day .
But that managerial Round never happened .
#Advice to Candidates :
1) Just Brush up your basics and nothing much is asked at least in my interview ,
2) Management wants a guy with a less costs so your salary is a big selection criteria .
3) If you can see a mail for opening every now and then probability is they are looking for low cost candidates.
Inspite of all that if change is Urgent for you i suggest to attend the interview as its worth a shot.

Interview
I was contacted by a recruitment analyst. She absolutely nailed selling Continental to me as a potential employer; I got extremely excited. After that, everything went downhill: extremely slow response time, I was being sent job descriptions which simply were not a good match for while I was finding better fitting positions on their career site. After a while, I stopped receiving responses and I assumed the process had been finalized, however, two weeks after the last email I sent to them, I received an invitation to an interview which I had to decline; I couldn't possibly expect Continental to be a nice place to work if their recruiting team is so unprofessional furthermore, I had two outstanding offers at the time.
