It was very good and positive experience. I had never heard about the company before and were surprised to discover it. The interview consisted of number of steps (and home work) where you had to prove various skills that were required. Be ready sometimes to spend half a day within the company to meet different people, have formal and informal talks. I had met very professional and selective team that tried to archive quite ambitious and interested targets. HR manager (Tommy) was very helpful, friendly and responsible. They were really fast in making appointments and offer. I was not applied their offer because of my personal situation, but what I felt and seen was the following: -- They are smart and they are looking for people who fits their team in all aspects. -- The company has very nice office and location. -- The company has established internal culture. -- The salary is quite competitive for NL market. -- The subject (BI) they are working around is "hot" and should add a lot of sense to your professional activities.
