Ik heb via social media gesolliciteerd en moest vervolgens mijn CV sturen. Later moest ik per mail mijn motivatie op papier zetten en dit naar ze toe sturen. Ik moest enkel aangeven in mijn brief, waarom Coolblue, waarom ik daar wil werken en wat mij de geschikte kandidaat zou maken

Initial conversation with manager and recruiter about general fit and information about the role. Then a technical assignment followed by a scenario in which I had a superficial conversation about an issue at work with an actor, and three case studies regarding issues and challenges in the development team.
