Coolblue interview questions

First a short interview with lots of tricky questions to test your personality, second a personality test, third interview with team lead developer again about personality, fourth an assistant to determine the knowledge level and last, technical interview with two Junior developers! I’ve answered all the questions with details, the two developers didn’t know some Medior level concept in Swift, and they rejected me because they said I wasn’t honest with my answers, I don’t know how can you not be honest in Technical interview? So the developers are also psychiatrists there! The most unprofessional interview process i’ve ever done in my life, and it took me 3 weeks.
