Final call on salary offer
Recruiter too much emphasis on motivation to join, if need a good technical employee, need to look for Technical Expertise and job & culture fit, this is what's wrong with poor recruiters who have no experience and skill to assess a experienced candidate.
Also base salary offered is TOOOOO LOW for a Lead position, only 70k Euro, unlivable!
