Called for an in person interview with a hiring manager and was asked questions regarding prior employment. Answered hypothetical questions regarding to job and how I would handle them. Afterwards, went through two more short interviews with upper management doing mostly the same thing.

It was a 1 hour 1-on-1 interview where they prompted questions on my past work experiences, my leadership style, and how much of a time commitment to my college classes were. They also ask about drug use and test you on the spot.
