Easy interviews, very respectful and stress free environment while interviewing. Mainly focused on the person you were rather than the logistic questions that were provided for the answers. It is a great company and environment if an opportunity is offered as well.

Expect to be asked behavioral questions that assess your skills in customer service, teamwork, problem-solving, and handling difficult situations. Prepare examples from your past experiences that demonstrate these skills. You will first be interviewed by a panel of interviewers if they like you, then you meet with the store manager, if they like you, then you can be hired on the spot, which is what happened to me. I was drug tested the same day and asked to come back for orientation the following week. The whole process moved very fast.
