The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Costco Wholesale in Nov 2008
Interview
I interviewed with two supervisors then I interviewed with the manager. Basic questions were asked, like why do you want to work here and what type of experience do you have. The tird interview was very laid back, he was just their to make sure that the supervisors made the right choose. Before I was officially hired their was a drug test done at the warehouse. Results take less then ten minutes and after that I was given an orientation date.
The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Costco Wholesale in May 2010
Interview
I feel that Costco Discriminanted me. I got a call for an interview and went, while I was waiting for one of the other ladies who was going to interview me the other interview lady was sitting with me chatting and she started asking me about my availability and I told them I worked one day a week for about 6 hours. Well once it was the real interview and it was that lady's turn to ask questions she got an attitude and started interrogating me on which job would take priority. I dont feel that companies are giving people fair chances.

What I would do if I was called in on a day I worked at the other place
The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Costco Wholesale (Austin, TX) in Apr 2010
Interview
While the two people interviewing me were very nice and professional the polices Costco has in place about prev. experience not having any factor in job placement. I do not understand how they expect to get top notch people when they start everyone at $11.00 dollars an hours. As a younger person that would be fine but I have ten plus years as a manager I just can not afford to feed my family at that pay.
