DISH Account Manager interview questions

Interview process was easy, first you meet with the HR representative and then you have a second interview with a supervisor. HR Rep asks you general questions, like why do you want this job? the supervisor ask you more specific for example, how would you deal with this scenario if your supervisor is not around?

It was at the call center in Littleton Colorado. I was asked pretty basic questions originally for a sales position, but after learning of my career ambitions they recommended going through the tech/customer service route.
